  • Customized health plan, including dietary recommendations, personalized meal plan/recipe bundle, lifestyle recommendations, and supplementation (if appropriate)

Follow-up Consultation | $79 

Review your progress and refine your nutrition plan

  • 30–45 minute virtual consultation/follow up session to review progress, address challenges, and adjust your nutrition and lifestyle plan as needed. Includes: 

  • Review of your progress, symptoms, and current habits

  • Adjustments to dietary recommendations, meal plans, lifestyle strategies, and supplementation (if appropriate)

  • Additional guidance and troubleshooting to help you stay on track with your goals

  • Access to emails and texts for any questions regarding the plan Monday - Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (responses within 24–48 business hours)

3-Month Nutrition Coaching Program | $479

Designed for clients looking for structured support while implementing sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes

Personalized Training Plan | $135

Strength and fitness programming tailored to your goals

  • Customized training plan designed to align with your individual goals, fitness level, and lifestyle, whether you’re looking to build strength, achieve body recomposition, or enhance overall well-being.

  • Standalone Option: If you’re purchasing a training plan on its own, you’ll complete comprehensive intake forms, followed by a 30-minute consultation to discuss your training history, goals, and any specific needs or limitations.

  • Add-On Option: If you’re a Nutrition Coaching client, the training component can be seamlessly integrated. We’ll cover training history, goals, and preferences during your initial assessment. *Nutrition Coaching clients will receive a 10% discount on their training plan

After your initial consultation, you will receive a personalized meal plan/recipe bundle tailored to your dietary preferences, restrictions, and goals. My meal plans are designed to be both nourishing and practical, aligning with your lifestyle.
