  • 45 minute video chat/follow up session to review goals and assess progress

  • Access to emails and texts for any questions regarding the plan Monday - Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

One-on-One Personalized Nutrition Coaching: 3 Sessions | $260 (tax inclusive)
  • Comprehensive intake forms filled out before our first meeting to get an overview of your health history, dietary habits, lifestyle, and goals

  • Initial assessment (1 hour video chat) where we go through your health history and goals

  • 60 minute protocol delivery (video chat)

  • 1 x 45 minute follow-up video chat where we can monitor progress and proceed to those next steps. After the follow-up, you will receive a new personalized meal plan/recipe bundle.

One-on-One Personalized Nutrition Coaching: 6 Sessions | $485 (tax inclusive)

Personalized Training Plan | $150 (tax inclusive)
  • Customized training plan designed to align with your individual goals, fitness level, and lifestyle, whether you’re looking to build strength, achieve body recomposition, or enhance overall well-being.

  • Standalone Option: If you’re purchasing a training plan on its own, you’ll complete comprehensive intake forms, followed by a 30-minute consultation to discuss your training history, goals, and any specific needs or limitations.

  • Add-On Option: If you’re a Nutrition Coaching client, the training component can be seamlessly integrated. We’ll cover training history, goals, and preferences during your initial assessment. *Nutrition Coaching clients will receive a 10% discount on their training plan
