I’m Kat, the owner and founder of Sol Source Nutrition & Wellness. I’m so glad you’re here.
My deep passion for health and wellness led me to graduate with distinction in 2024 from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition as a Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultant. I’m also an ISSA-certified Personal Trainer with over 15 years of training experience and a background in bodybuilding competitions.
Over the years, both during my time competing and afterward, I’ve navigated a number of complex chronic health challenges, including gut issues, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune disease, a suspected connective tissue disorder, MCAS, and dysautonomia. Many of these are still things I actively manage today. While my health journey has had its share of challenges, it ultimately led me to the work I do now and deepened my understanding of how powerful nutrition, movement, and lifestyle changes can be in supporting the body.
Because of these experiences, I understand how frustrating and overwhelming health issues can feel, whether they show up as persistent symptoms, low energy, metabolic struggles, or more complex chronic conditions. That perspective shapes the way I work with clients. My goal is to help you better understand what’s happening in your body and give you practical tools that support lasting improvements in your health.
