Do you offer sessions online?
Yes! Sol Source Nutrition & Wellness operates entirely online. Appointments can be held via Zoom, FaceTime, or phone call, depending on your preference. You can select your preferred method when requesting your appointment.
How do I book an appointment?
You can request an appointment directly through my website using the Request Appointment form. Simply choose the type of appointment, your preferred meeting method (Zoom, FaceTime, or phone), and a desired date/time. I’ll follow up via email to confirm your booking.
Once your request is reviewed, I’ll follow up by email to confirm availability and send an invoice to secure your appointment.
Alternatively, feel free to reach out via email or Instagram DM at @solsourcenutrition, and I’ll assist you with the process!
Do you accept clients from outside of Nova Scotia?
Yes! I work with clients across Canada and the United States through virtual consultations. Please note that appointment times and emails are sent from the Halifax time zone (Atlantic Time – GMT-4).
What should I expect during my first session?
Before your first appointment, you’ll complete comprehensive intake forms that provide an overview of your health history, lifestyle, dietary habits, and goals.
During your 45–60 minute virtual consultation, we’ll review this information together and discuss personalized strategies to support your health.
After your session, you’ll receive a customized health plan, which will include:

What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is required to confirm your appointment or sign up for a coaching program. Appointments are secured once payment is received.

E-transfers are available for Canadian clients only.
What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me by email.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, as the time has been reserved specifically for you and may be difficult to fill on short notice.
Exceptions may be considered in the case of unexpected emergencies or exceptional circumstances.

What if I’m late for my session?
If you join your appointment late, you will still have access to the remaining time in your scheduled session. For example, if you arrive 10 minutes late for a 60-minute appointment, the remaining 50 minutes will still be available.
To ensure fairness to all clients, virtual appointments cannot extend beyond their originally scheduled end time, as this may affect other scheduled sessions. Thank you for your understanding!
Can I contact you between sessions?
Yes! Clients have access to email and text support for any questions related to their plan during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Responses are typically provided within 24–48 business hours.
Do I need any equipment for virtual sessions?
You’ll simply need a stable internet connection and a device with a camera or phone. All intake forms and resources are provided digitally.
Can you work with my doctor or other healthcare providers?
Yes. Collaboration with other healthcare providers is welcome to help ensure a well-rounded and supportive approach to your health.
How do I know if your services are right for me?
